Over that time, we have developed a very close relationship with the CVT team because they have always acted in a manner which placed great emphasis on customer satisfaction. Purchase orders are confirmed promptly, and estimated ship dates are provided in a timely manner. We are notified of any issues that may delay shipment and provided with options to prevent any potential production shortfalls, including partial shipments or expedited shipping. On the very rare occasions when we have had a quality issue, CVT responded quickly and comprehensively to correct the problem and keep production moving. I cannot ask for more than that from a supplier. In addition to the great service, CVT has always been very competitive on cost. We have done our due diligence and shopped around overseas, but we are unable to match the value provided by these guys when you consider the quality and cost.
